SWAGMASTER BASED     The tradition of oral poetry was something the Anglo-Saxons carried with them in their practices for hundreds of years. These poems survived in monasteries and give up what we call today Old side of meat poetry. The poem The Wanderer was an anonymous poem that reflects on feel during these times and the influence of Christianity during the eighth or wizard-ninth century.     In the poem The Wanderer the reader follows the experiences of a solitary warrior called the earth-walker. The earth-walker had interpreted on a peculiar path one of which he has exiled himself from everyone else. His psychological state he shows is loneliness. He misses the trustworthy years when he was with other warriors. Many of which he baffled in battle. In this excerpt the poem it shows the earth-walkers emotions approximately his bemused kinsmen.     So spoke the earth-walker, remembering hardships, fierce war slaughters- the resolve of costly kinsman      While prizeing nearly the loneliness he feels the earth-walker realizes about when he was happy. In his old days when he was with his captain and the other warriors he was happy. Now he is stuck with his thoughts. I signify he feels what many people feel when they are scarcely and that would be regret.

Maybe he wishes he would have interpreted on a different path than one of a warrior where you must be so prideful and shut onward emotions that may weaken you.
